The MindFuel Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week course focused on mindfulness in everyday life as well as formal meditation practice.

Who is this program for?

The MindFuel MBSR course is for teachers and school staff who would like to learn both formal and informal mindfulness practices as a foundation for the cultivation of positive health behaviours and emotional resilience.

Why should I attend the MBSR course?

In the MBSR program, teachers explore ways to integrate mindfulness into daily routines, learn how to respond rather than react to stressful situations and open the door to self-compassion.

How do I book?

To book, simply click on your preferred location below. We are currently taking bookings for courses in three (3) locations in Melbourne. Each course culminates in a silent one (1) day retreat at Werribbee Mansion on Sunday 20th November.
