Please join us for the fourth annual adult mindfulness retreat at Middlesex. The retreat will be held on campus and is now open to all adults.
The retreat will mostly be held in silence – practicing sitting and walking meditation with occasional relational and movement practices. We will be sleeping in the dorms and meditating in the chapel. Benefits from mindfulness practice include improvements in focus, working memory, emotion regulation, compassion, and well-being.
